Iconic Living provides safe, affordable, and supportive housing for adults experiencing housing instability or major life transitions. Residents must be able to live independently without daily medical or personal care.

Shared supportive housing allows individuals to live in a safe, structured home while receiving support and resources to help maintain housing stability and work toward their goals.

We serve adults experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, recovery, reentry, domestic violence, aging out of foster care, veteran status, disabilities, and other life challenges. Eligibility depends on the program and availability.

Our housing is designed to be affordable, with program fees based on the specific housing option. Availability and eligibility vary by program.

We consider lifestyle, compatibility, and individual needs when matching roommates.

Length of stay depends on the program and individual circumstances.

  • Emergency Housing: Short-term stabilization
  • Transitional Housing: Temporary housing while working toward permanent housing
  • Independent Living: Longer-term supportive housing
  • Sober Living: Housing for individuals committed to a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle

No. Iconic Living does not provide assisted living or daily medical care. We can provide referrals to appropriate care providers.

No, we do not provide rental or utility assistance.

No, we currently do not accept Section 8 or Housing Choice Vouchers.

Yes. Homes are fully furnished and include beds, storage, TVs, a kitchen, shared living areas, bathrooms, and an on-site washer and dryer.

Yes. Our homes have 24/7 security camera surveillance and periodic wellness checks to help maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Children 18 and under may stay with a participating parent or guardian. Pets are not allowed.

We do not provide meals or transportation, but residents receive free biweekly grocery delivery and have access to nearby public transportation and community transportation resources.

Yes. We accept referrals from social workers, hospitals, case managers, nonprofits, churches, government agencies, and other community organizations.

Yes. We work with community organizations, healthcare providers, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and government agencies to connect residents with additional resources.

Program fees are non-refundable. If Iconic Living is not the right fit, we will do our best to provide referrals to other resources.
